Allerliefste FEA-studenten,
Zoals jullie wel weten, verblijden wij jullie vaak met fantastische memes rond vakfeedback. Jullie input is bijzonder waardevol en stelt de faculteit in staat om te blijven verbeteren. De frustraties, klachten en verbeterpunten werden in acht genomen, de schouderklopjes en bedankingen met plezier ontvangen.
De participatiegraad van de afgelopen vakfeedbackronde was 43.01% YIPPIEEEEEEE!!!
Vanuit FRiS willen we jullie echter wel iets vragen. Al jullie open commentaren worden rechtstreeks aan de lesgevers bezorgd. Op dat podium in het auditorium en vooraan in de leslokalen staan mensen die jullie graag iets willen bijleren. Zij steken er vaak bijzonder veel energie in om jullie op te leiden tot volwaardige ingenieurs, burgerlijk, industrieel, of burgerlijk-architect.
Bijzonder harde, weinig constructieve en soms zelfs randje racistische opmerkingen dragen niet bij tot een verbetering van een vak, integendeel zelfs. Dit kwetst mensen onnodig, en draagt niet bij tot de sfeer die we aan de faculteit willen bekomen. Hierbij willen we een oproep doen om jullie frustraties op een beleefde manier te uiten. Dit zal de impact van je feedback enkel vergroten. Wil je toch echt eens ventileren: jullie favoriete stuvers staan klaar om te luisteren, te parafraseren, en te helpen.

As you all know, we like to cheer you up with awesome memes regarding course feedback. Your input is greatly appreciated and allows the faculty to keep improving. Frustrations, complaints and subjects that need improvement are taken into consideration, congratulations and thankful comments are gladly received.
The percentage of students that participated in this round of course feedback was 43.01%!!!!
However, as student representatives, we’d like to make a request. All your answers to open questions are delivered directly to the teachers of these courses. These people are only human, and they would like to teach you something new. Often, they put in a lot of effort to train you to be skilled engineers.
Rather hard, extremely sharp or sometimes even almost racist comments do not contribute to the improvement of a course, rather the opposite. It hurts people and does not, in any way, belong to the atmosphere we’d like to create at this faculty. We would like to ask you to express your feedback in a polite way, it will only increase the impact of your words. If you really need to rant, your favourite student representatives are there to listen to you, and help you find a solution.
